Das operatische Drag-King-Trio Dick Hunt, Seymour Bush und Justin Beaver-Hunt verbindet die Tradition des Genderbendings in der Oper mit zeitgenössischer Drag-Kunst. In einem Konzert, das spektakulär aus dem Ruder läuft, treffen große Stimmen auf große Gefühle: Liebe, Lust und Chaos entfalten sich live auf der Bühne.

Gesungen von professionellen Opernsänger*innen reicht das musikalische Spektrum von Opernklassik über Musical bis Sinatra – eine Mischung aus High Camp, High Art und herrlicher Parodie, von La Bohème zu „Lucky be a Lady“.

The operatic drag king trio Dick Hunt, Seymour Bush and Justin Beaver-Hunt combine the tradition of gender-bending in opera with contemporary drag art. In a concert that goes spectacularly off the rails, big voices meet big emotions: love, lust and chaos unfold live on stage.

Sung by professional opera singers, the musical spectrum ranges from opera classics to musicals and Sinatra – a mixture of high camp, high art and glorious parody, from La Bohème to „Lucky be a Lady“.
