Queer Visible Collective
Wir sind eine Queere BIPoC FLINTA Gruppe und bieten Safer Spaces und Empowerment für Queere BIPoC in Frankfurt am Main und dem Rhein-Main Gebiet an.

Ab dem 7. Mai starten unsere kostenlose Selbstverteidigungs- und Selbstbehauptungskurse. Bis zum Dezember üben wir jeden 1. und 3. Sonntag im Monat von 12.30-15Uhr.

• Wie können wir uns als BIPoC FLINTA gegen (Alltags-)Gewalt wehren?
• Welche Strategien anwenden?
• Wo fängt Gewalt an und wie können wir uns dagegen stärken?

Dies und noch viel mehr üben wir gemeinsam mit unseren Selbstverteidigungstrainer*innen.

Jeder Kurs hat einen Schwerpunkt den wir vorher ankündigen und auch Übungen, die wiederholt vorkommen. Ihr könnt jederzeit einsteigen und braucht keine Vorkenntnisse.

Gemeinsam sind wir LAUT, STARK und KÄMPFERISCH!!!!

From the 7th of May, we will start our free of charge self-defense and assertiveness classes. We will be practicing every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, from 12.30pm-3 pm. The classes will continue until the month of December.

• How can we defend ourselves as BIPoC FLINTA against (everyday) violence?
• What strategies can we use?
• Where does violence start and how can we fight against it?

We will practice these techniques and much more, together with our qualified self-defense trainers.

Each course will have a specific focus that we will announce in advance as well as exercises that can be practiced. You can join at any stage and no previous knowledge is required.

Together we are LOUD, STRONG and FIERCE!!!!
